OUR FIRST MEETING WITH COMMUNITY 

Our first meeting with the community was filled with excitement and anticipation. We were warmly welcomed by the residents and were eager to learn more about their experiences and needs. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, and we were grateful for the opportunity to connect with such a vibrant and diverse group of individuals. Overall, our first meeting with the community was a positive and memorable experience that set the stage for future collaboration and partnership.
 

We as a team, are a passionate and dedicated group committed to supporting the deaf Muay Thai community. Our team brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, and we are united in our goal of promoting inclusivity and empowerment within this community. Together, we are working towards our donation goals to provide essential equipment, training resources, and opportunities for deaf individuals to participate in the sport. With our collective efforts and shared commitment, we are excited to make a positive impact on the lives of deaf Muay Thai athletes. 

We are actively seeking to raise funds to support the deaf Muay Thai community and provide them with essential resources such as 20 pieces of sport t-shirts, 3 pieces of leather punching bag covers, and a printer. 

We met for the second time to discuss our fundraising project and programs aimed at supporting the deaf Muay Thai community.

In our discussion, we have outline the expenses needed to effectively support the deaf Muay Thai community, including costs for essential equipment, training resources, and program development. We provide a detailed breakdown of the budget required to ensure that our fundraising efforts are transparent and impactful.

Some potential risks and challenges that may be encountered in this fundraising campaign include:

1. Limited awareness and understanding:

There may be a lack of awareness or understanding within the community about the needs and challenges faced by the deaf community, which could impact the campaign's success.

2. Fundraising goals:

Meeting the target amount of RM2,500 may prove challenging, especially if donors have limited participation or support.

3. Logistics and coordination:

Ensuring that the resources, such as the sports t-shirts, leather punching bag covers, and printer, are effectively sourced, delivered, and distributed to Deaf Muay Thai Labuan could present logistical challenges.

4. Sustainability:

Ensuring the long-term sustainability of the support provided to the deaf community beyond the initial fundraising campaign may require ongoing commitment and resources.
